More on Goodness Gracious- Responding to Trouble:

Ps. 107:8 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men
An examination of the Ps. reveals that God’s goodness includes the difficulties humanity faces, as well as His deliverances.
The last verse of the Psalm challenges us to incorporate this truth into our lives:  v.43 Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the LORD
Wouldn’t life be great if we were filled with praise in the difficult times, as well as the good?  That’s the life the psalmist calls us to experience… with some effort! .
